Does your order contain a pre-order item? We will ship your entire order together once the pre-order item is in stock. Would you like to receive the other items sooner? Please place a separate order.

Easily register your return through our returns portal and download your return label straight away:
Return conditions
- You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Labels and original packaging must be included.
- Items must be unworn & undamaged.
Costs
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Important
- Did you not collect your package? A €8.95 return handling fee will be charged.
Processing your return
Your return will be processed within the statutory period of 14 business days after we receive it.
We kindly ask you to wait until this period has passed before contacting us about the status of your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions or speed up the process during this period.
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. Your refund may take a few additional business days to appear, depending on your payment method.
